Ingredients are complex and cannot be simply labeled as good or bad. The hard truth is that truly non-fragranced products smell like chemicals or other raw ingredients and can often be unpleasant. At the end of the day, skincare is a very personal choice. My biggest advice is to STOP listening to what others say about if a product is “bad” or “didn’t work for them”, because it may work for you. Test something if you feel like it will work well for your skin type and concerns. Do not just cut off brands because they include fragrance. I always ask my clients if they are allergic to any fragrances or ingredients before customizing their treatment.
